Is that Intuition or Empathy ?
One time my college at work went on leave. By Friday she handed over her patients to me and told me everything was fine and prepared so I can take over easily on Monday.
Monday morning I had a dream and woke at 4.a.m. that one of them was on an overdose of Warfarin and that I have to check on him. I didn´t have the faintest idea of how much he was having or what his INR was because she had told me that it is all already prescribed for the following week. So after this the first thing at work I did was to take bloods from him and sure enough, his INR was skyrocketing into life threatening dimensions.
I didn´t feel his blood dilution, so I don´t think it is empathy esp. since he didn´t know anything about his meds or their effect. So I would think that this is intuition then?

Yep, being an Empath just means that you can feel what other people feel.
Intuition means that you receive guidance, either for your own life or for others :)
